This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number "FA3099-16-R-0010 Packing and Crating Services" is hereby issued as a Request for Proposal (RFQ) using AFFARS MP5315.3 Source Selection Procedures. The award shall be made under North American Industry Classification System code 488991 with a small business size standard of $27.5M. This acquisition is solicited under full and open competition. All responsible sources shall submit what is required by FAR Clause 52.212-1 of the attached solicitation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-90, effective 25 October 2016, the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change Notice 20161021 effective 21 October 2016, and the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) Acquisition Circular 2016-0603 effective 03 June 2016.
