The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses. This permits prospective contractors to offer products other than those specifically referenced by brand name. All offers must work with existing equipment that has already been purchased and is currently in use at the station and also to meet standardization requirements throughout the hospital. Autoclavable Arthroscope C-mount Item needed: Autoclavable Arthroscope C-mount (Must be compatible with Stryker IDEAL EYES PRECISION HD ARTHROSCOPE C-MOUNT model # 0502-904-030) Quantity: 6 Technical specifications: MUST SCREW INTO /FIT our current Arthroscopic camera heads (Must be compatible with Stryker camera model # 1188-210-105) MUST plug into our current equipment (Stryker camera box #1188HD Stryker Camera Box) Proximal O Ring to reduce fogging Removed service holes to prevent fluid build up Smaller focus ring to reduce accidental focus ring rotation and fall out Larger coupler grip area & proximal thread redesign to allow for easier attachment to the camera head Minimized distance between camera and light post to enable single handed operation 140mm Working Length 105 degrees field of view Speedlock capability Must be 4 mm Must be 30 fixed angle degree Ergonomic grip Additional Information: Information for use, cleaning and maintenance instructions will be provided with quotation. Documents will only be accepted in an electronic format Vendor will be required to provide in services for clinical providers, OR personnel, and/or Sterile processing as needed prior to implementation of this system.
