IRS IEP 1.5 Questions and Answers Revised Attachment C.12 Initial Transition TO Revised Attachment C.8 IRS Application Development Revised Attachment B.1 Price Summary Sheet TIRNO-16-R-00026, Amendment 0001 214 pages SF 30 and Continuation Sheet AMENDMENT 0001-TIRNO-16-R-00026 is being added accordingly; (1) Clarify that the Government intends for the Transition Period to be 9 months in accordance with Section J-Attachment C.12 Initial Transition Task Order. This is an updated to the description provided on August 22, 2016. (2) Extend the proposal due date from Monday, November 7, 2016 (4:00pm DST) to Monday, November 14, 2016 (4:00pm DST). (3) Provide solicitation Questions and Answers. (4) Attachments posted to FBO: SF 30, Revised RFP* and Section J-Attachments: B.1 Bid Summary Price Sheet, C.8 IRS Application Development and C.12 Initial Transition PWS. *Read Sections L & M in its entirety.
