Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 621511. The requirement is for two (2) FTE Histopathology Technicians. Performance location is at the Denver VAMC located at 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220. The estimated period of performance will be December 7, 2016 June 6, 2017. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 requires the following items: Please see the solicitation which is attached to this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a formal, written solicitation will not be issued.
