DARPA-PS-17-01 Proposers Day Presentation DARPA-PS-17-01 Mobile Force Protection MFP Appendix F - Cost Spreadsheet for Subcontractor Below 150K FBO 2016 MFP Appendix C Slide Template MFP Appendix E - Cost Spreadsheet for Prime and Subcontractors above 150K Questions and Answers - DARPA-PS-17-01 - 10-26-2016 DARPA Addendum Request Form DARPA is soliciting proposals for award of an other transaction (OT) agreement for the Mobile Force Protection (MFP) program under DARPA's authority to award other transactions for prototype projects under 10 U.S.C. Sec. 2371b. The MFP program is an advanced technology prototype development program that will develop and demonstrate an integrated prototype system capable of defeating a raid of self-guided, small Unmanned Aircraft Systems attacking a high value asset on the move. The program will include a three-phase developmental cycle with each phase building upon the capability of the previous phase. It seeks to develop an integrated system capable of providing protection to ground or naval convoys against self-guided sUAS and, to the extent possible, other asymmetric threats. At this time, DARPA is soliciting proposals for Phase 1 only and for the subsequent optional field evaluation, as well as rough order of magnitude (ROM) proposals for Phases 2 and 3. Refer to the attachments of this notice for a complete detail of the Program Solicitation, DARPA-PS-17-01.
