Page 1 of 3 Document Type: Sources Sought Request for Information Response Due Date: 10:00 AM CST, 31 October 2016 Federal Supply Code: 7510 NAICS Code: 322230, 322121 Recycled Office Paper for VA Mid-South CMOP Murfreesboro TN Contracting Office Address Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 (CMOP) This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation, or as an obligation. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to seek the availability and capability of 100% Total SDVOSB & VOSB Set Aside Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses & VOSB only (no other socioeconomic category will be accepted for this request) that are interested and capable of providing the weekly delivery for 10 months of recycled office paper specified by the Murfreesboro TN CMOP. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned. Description The Mid South CMOP 764 located at 3209 Elam Farms Parkway, Murfreesboro, TN. 37127 in support of new automation prescription fulfillment system, will have need for copy paper to print Patient Information Letters (PIL)S. Based on historic PIL information, it is estimated that the CMOP will utilize an estimated 7 ¼ pallets of paper per day( one 8 hrs shift of 80,000 prescriptions). Mid-South would like to ensure use of the required 30% recycled office paper, 92 brightness, 20lb, letter, white, engineered specifically for use in high speed copiers and laser printers, acid free for archival quality, size 8.5x11, sheets per unit =5000 provided by a vendor. Usage of 7.25 pallets per week =290 cases/carton=2,900 reams=1,450,000 sheets to be delivered once every week on a predetermined day agreed upon with the vendor. Usage may be less the first 30 days during ramp up to full production capacity. Weekly Delivery starting in December 2016, and continuing for 10 Months.
