Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: El Paso Delineated Area: North : Edgemere Blvd. East : Sunmount Rd, Westmoreland Dr. South : Gateway Blvd W. West : Robert E. Lee Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,400 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 10 (1) reserved for handicap space, (8) spaces for Veteran clients and (1) space for official government vehicle. Parking Spaces (Surface): 8 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 0 Additional Requirements: •(1) Parking space for handicap, (8) spaces for veteran clients. •(2) First floor location preferred but location can be no higher than the second floor. (3) EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building name and address 2. Location of space offered. 3. Rentable and useable square footage offered. 4. Name, address, and telephone number of individual to be contacted 5. If you are not the owner you must submit evidence of authority to represent the owner. AUTHORIZED CONTACTS: In no event shall the offer enter into negotiations or discussions concerning the space to be leased with representatives of any Federal Agency other than the officers and employees of General Services Administration (GSA) or their authorized representative. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100/500 year flood plain. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
