Description
SYSTEM SPECIFICATION USMC PACK RFI The Product Manager Individual Combat and Equipment (PdM ICE), Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM), is seeking industry input that identifies potential sources and best practice information regarding the manufacturing of a government-designed USMC Pack System. The resultant System must be Berry Amendment compliant and must be produced at a rate, which will result in at least 1,500 Systems being delivered within 12 months of contract awards. Respondents are requested to provide company literature (to include, but not be limited to, business size and company profile), brochures, and manufacturing capability summaries (to include, but not be limited to, a description of the manufacturer's facilities and monthly/yearly production rates) directly addressing the respondent's ability to meet the annual System production requirement detailed above. Any proprietary information submitted may be used in establishing requirements, but specific offeror information will be safeguarded as proprietary. There is no page restriction associated with this RFI; however, an executive summary, not to exceed five (5) pages, should accompany each submission.
