Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to AAI Corporation (cage code: 97384), Hunt Valley, MD on a sole source basis for the repair of repairables to support the following Joint Service Electronic Combat System Tester (JSECST) end item Core Test Set (CTS) AN/USM-670 components CTS Component P/N's: 37534-47015-10 and 37534-40230-10. Repair support shall consist of repair and/or replacement, calibration, testing and inspection of components and/or subcomponents of the JSECST, which is necessary to return units to Ready-for-Issue condition in support of FMS RAAF. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
