Description

The purpose of this modification combined synopsis VA250-16-Q-0710-1 Walk Off Mats is to change the closing date from October 14, 2016 at 2pm EST to now reflect November 11, 2016 at 2pm EST. No questions will be accepted past November 4, 2016 at 11:30am EST via email Lisa.Clark3@va.gov. This solicitation is changed from a 100% small business set aside to now reflect full and open competition. FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside (Nov 2011) is now changed to reflect VAAR 852.203-70 Commercial Advertising (Jan 2008), Clauses: FAR 52.222-59, 52.222-60 (Commercial item procurements, these two FAR clauses are incorporated by selection through 52.212-5), and 52.222-61 (Commercial item procurements, this clause is inserted in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-4); Provisions: 52.222-57 (Commercial item procurements, this provision is incorporated in FAR 52.212-3), 52.222-28 (Commercial item procurements, this provision is inserted in the Addendum 52.212-1). This procurement is for a base plus four one year options. The performance schedule is reflected as: Base: 04/01/17 03/31/18; Option Year One: 04/01/18 03/31/19: Option Year Two: 04/01/19 03/31/20; Option Year Three: 04/01/20 03/31/21: Option Year Four: 04/01/21 03/31/22; All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
