Description

Restore Sensor Implant Neurostimulator Special Notice to Award Restore Sensor Implant Neurostimulator® Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award under solicitation W81K02-17-T-0024 to Medtronic, Inc in the amount of $38,00.00 for Restore Sensor Implant Neurostimulator® for 2 patient surgical procedures at the Department of Anesthesia and Operative Services (DOAS) Madigan Army (MAMC) Medical Center, Tacoma, WA 98433. The above implants must be FDA approved and are only available from this vendor, proprietary as the OEM. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
