- DENALI Program Industry Day The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Transformation Services Group (TA), Enterprise Engineering Office (TAE) will host an Industry Day to present and discuss the DENALI program. The purpose of this event is for planning and information purposes only. It does not constitute a solicitation. Topics will include but not limited to; presentations/briefings from NGA Component Acquisition Executive (CAE), the Agency's new System Engineering approach, Program Management and Contract approach for future SE&I Services, NGA Small Business Program perspective, SE&I services requirements refinement with industry participation, and GSA Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) briefing. The event will be held at both NGA locations East and West (NCE and NCW). Each vendor will be limited to two (2) attendees at NCE and one (1) attendee at NCW due to space restrictions. DATE: Thursday, 11/10/2016 TIME: 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) LOCATION: 2 Locations (NCE & NCW) NCE (Springfield, VA) located at 7500 GEOINT Drive, Springfield, VA 22150, Alder Auditorium NCW (Arnold, MO) located at 3838 Vogel Road, Arnold, MO 63010, Arnold Conference Room, Building 100, Room G032 The main audience for this event will be prime vendors and subcontractors; Government Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), System Engineers, Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), Director/Deputy Director Enterprise Engineering Office, Acquisition Support for System Engineering and Integration (SE&I) Services, and supporting organizations -- Office of Contracts, Office of Small Business Programs and Office of General Counsel. There will be time for questions and answers. This is a no host event. No foreign nationals are permitted to attend. The deadline to Register* (NCE & NCW) and pass Clearances (only needed for NCW) is Thursday, 3 November, 2016. NOTE: There are different procedures that MUST be followed based on conference location. *NGA employees: Please respond to calendar invite or send an email to respective POCs confirming your attendance NLT 3 November 2016 so we can estimate the number of attendees. REGISTRATION DIRECTIONS FOR NCE AND NCW NCE: This conference is unclassified and NCE has unclassified meeting rooms. Clearances do not need to be sent. Check in at the VCC to obtain a temporary parking pass and entry badge. Further instructions prior to entering NCE, via the Main Lobby, will be given when checking in at the VCC. NCW: NCW does not have unclassified conference rooms; therefore, procedures are different for cleared and uncleared personnel. Prohibited Items in Both Facilities: Bags/briefcases are subject to search, Unauthorized items include: cell phones, two-way pagers, laptops, USB flash thumb drives, PDAS, Bluetooth, infrared devices, cameras, CD/DVD Players, Wireless PDA/Pocket PC, all removable media, key FOB, digital frames and other electronic processing devices that require connection to computer systems or to be plugged into the electrical power infrastructure. Other prohibited items include: firearms, explosives, knives and alcoholic beverages.
