Synopsis: This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis for providing Fuel/Diesel, located at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Road, St Louis, MO 63125. This is Request for Information This announcement is for informational and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Contractor shall deliver the following items to the cemetery address above, FOB Destination on an as-needed basis. The government will contact the Contractor by phone or email to schedule deliveries. CLIN Description Est Qty Unit 0001 Diesel Fuel - ULSD (DS2) 19,186 Gal Questions pertaining to this Sources Sought Notice must be sent by e-mail to: elvira.vann@va.gov no later than 8 am EST, November 4, 2016. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Questions received after the specified date and time will not be considered. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking qualified sources to furnish the fuel F.O.B. Destination within consignee s premises. The purpose of this notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small-Businesses (VOSB), and Small Businesses relative to the North American Industry Classification code (NAICS) 324110. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,500 Employees. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this requirement, the Government will use response to this sources sought synopsis. The type of solicitation to be issued and the manner of advertisement will also depend on the response to this sources sought synopsis. SDVOSB/VOSB offerors interested in submitting a quote for this project, if it is formally advertised, must be registered and be verified in the www.vip.vetbiz.gov website and must provide the correct NAICS code to include the Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number, name of the firm, address, phone and point of contact.
