- Description
- This notice is to update the Stryker Maintenance Training System (MTS) Request For Information from the U.S. Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training, and Instrumentation (PEO STRI), Program Manager Training Devices (PM TRADE), Project Manager for Ground Combat Tactical Trainers (GCTT). An industry day has been scheduled for Tuesday 15 November 2016 at Ft Lee Virginia. Industry partners that are interested in participating in any portion of the effort is welcome to attend. If interested in attending please email the Contract Specialist (jason.jerome3.civ@mail.mil) and the Project Director (patrick.j.hart.civ@mail.mil) to obtain site specific information, registration documentation and the agenda. The industry day is scheduled to commence in building #18030 in the Army Ordnance Campus aboard Ft. Lee at 08:00 AM with a registration period and will end after a question and answer period on Wednesday, 16 November 2016 at approximately 11:00 AM. If this notice does not allow enough time to attend the industry day please contact the Contract Specialist listed above. Please send questions regarding the attached Draft Statement of Work and / or Draft Performance Specification to the above listed Contract Specialist and Project Director. This will allow the Government time to compile questions and have prepared answers ready for the industry day. If questions arise during the industry day the Government requests that all questions be submitted in writing. If a question is asked prior to and during the industry day it will be compiled and a list of all questions and answers will be posted on a future notice. Interested parties that are not able to attend the industry day can request the briefing from the Contract Specialist starting 17 November 2016. The Army Stryker MTS team will be at the I/ITSEC conference in Orlando FL on 30 November 2016. The team will hold one-on-one discussions with industry partners with prior coordination. Coordination can be arranged through the Contract Specialist and Program Manager. Questions received after the industry day will be covered at this event and any questions or items covered will be contained in a future posting. The response date for this market research is 6 January 2017.
