- Provide auditing and technical support to the Airborne Instrumentation Systems Division (AISD) to achieve AS9100 certification status. *PROCUREMENT TYPE In accordance with FAR 6.302.1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis with Bureau Veritas Certification North America, 390 Benman Dr Ste 100, Houston, TX 77060-2922. Bureau Veritas Certification North America is based on their specialized knowledge and experience in successfully performing certification and surveillance auditing for AVMI's other division, the Aircraft Prototype Systems Division (APSD) for the past 4 years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-17-T-0015 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm's experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule. If you provide a quote via any other method, provide us with the date package was sent, commercial carrier, and tracking number so that we can ensure that your quotation is reviewed for consideration during the award process. Written responses shall be submitted by e-mail to the point(s) of contact listed below or mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed below no later than 05 days from this notice date.
