Description

The U.S. Department of State intends to award a contract to Trailblazer Innovations, Inc. (TBI) of Chantilly, Virginia on a sole-source basis for expert installation, storage and maintenance services relative to certain Personal Tracking Locating devices, the development of which was performed by government personnel with close participation by TBI. The applicable authority is 41 USC 3304(a)(1), Services Available from Only One Responsible Source, as implemented by FAR 13.5. The Product or Service Code is H159. The procedures to be used in awarding the eventual contract will be written solicitation. Government Furnished Property in the form of PTL devices will be applicable to the eventual contract performance. The anticipated contract will be comprised of one (1) base period and up to four (4) option periods. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shallbe considered by the agency. The contracting office address is 1735 N. Lynn Street, Arlington, VA 22209.
