Description

Combined Synopsis / Solicitation Package -- IMPORTANT! CONTAINS ALL EQUIPMENT INFORMATION AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12.6 and 13, and supplemented by additional information contained in this announcement. NOTE: The Government will only consider offers received through the FedBizOpps submission tool. Red River Army Depot (RRAD), located near Texarkana, TX, requires the rental of one 35-ton rough-terrain crane, on a monthly basis, for a period of one year. The crane will be used at the RRAD facility to lift armored components off of trucks and other armored vehicles RRAD is refurbishing. Required rental services include equipment delivery and pickup, as well as all preventative maintenance and emergency services or repairs needed during the rental term. RRAD will provide all fuel and crane operators. Please review the attached Solicitation Package for complete specifications and offer submission instructions.
