Description

General Scope The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is requesting the purchase of the following: CereStim Software, Central Windows Suit; CereStim Stimulator Software - 1 Each Cable, CereStim, to splitter box male 44-pin DSub; Cable interfacing the CereStim to the splitter box 2 Each Splitter box, 3-way, 64-ch 1 Each Cable, Custom; Cable splitting the signal from clinical head box into the clinical system and Blackrock splitter box.- 1 Each This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Monday, October 31, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Linda Buccigrossi at linda.buccigrossi@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
