Description

General Scope The Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is requesting the purchase of the following: EyeLink 1000 Plus Core Unit, high speed camera, Host PC/Monitor, Cabling, 24 Month Warranty, Perpetual Technical Support. EyeLink 1000 Plus-Arm Mount w/ 17 LCD Display, 1 each. EyeLink 1000 Plus-Remote Mode Camera, 1 each. EyeLink 1000 Desktop mount with 35mm lens and 890 illuminator, 1 each. 16 Bit Analog Output/8 Bit Digital Input PCI Board, 1 each. SR Research Experiment Builder & Data Viewer Software Bundle with single USB, 1 each. The EyeLink 1000 Plus with Workstation Host PC with LCD Arm Mount is for easy tracking of patients with head free-to-move. This includes analog voltage output. The contractor will also provide a 24 month warranty, and perpetual technical support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any responsible source who believes they are capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement to the contracting office no later than Monday, October 31, 2016 at 1:00 PM EST. Interest/capability statements may be sent to Linda Buccigrossi at linda.buccigrossi@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
