SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs Austin Information Technology Center is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide Program Management, Baseline Study, and Full Service Maintenance Agreement on Critical Area Liebert/Emmerson Computer Room Air-conditioning Units. This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources of providing these services in accordance with the attached draft copy of the Performance Work Statement. With Capabilities Statement, please submit any questions regarding the Performance Work Statement. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334512 and the small business size standard is 500 Employees. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience and knowledge in the provision of the services outlined in the attached Draft Performance Work statement. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their answers to the following items of information: Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. Provide the minimum time of availability to provide services upon being given notice. A narrative synopsis that describes past work that is similar in size and complexity to that described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement. Capacity to rapidly provide OEM parts, Liebert/Emmerson trained service technicians, ability to respond to Emergencies within allotted time, Inventory of stocked parts, ability to monitor computer system, provide software updates, and perform warranty services. In addition to a Capability Statement which provides the above, submissions can include specifications, brochures, and manuals as attachments. Information regarding your firm's capacity and capability to provide such services are to be submitted electronically on or before Tuesday, 08 November 2016 prior to 9:00 AM (EST) addressed to Anthony Zibolski, Contract Specialist: anthony.zibolski@va.gov
