Description

ASRC Terms and Conditions Reps and Certs ASRC Vendor Forms Request for Quote - Vance AFB Fire Department Sleeping Room Furniture The work covered under the statement of work shall consist of furnishing all labor and equipment in performing all operations necessary to remove the old furniture from the sleeping rooms in Building 140 and relocate the old furniture to the base DRMO facility. Replace old furniture with new furniture. New furniture shall be set up in the sleeping rooms of Building 140 as directed by the government representative. Removal includes relocating old furniture to the base DRMO facility. Contractor shall assemble any/all furniture that requires assembling. All workers must submit access pass requests for background check by Security Forces before being given a pass to enter Vance AFB. Contractor must remove any/all excess material from the base. Arangements can be made upon request to take cardboard to the base recycling center. Items Needed: 18 each Twin Captains Bed with two drawers 18 each Twin XL Mattress, No Flip, Pillow Top 18 each Nightstands, two drawer 18 each Desk Chair, black leather on casters with mesh back 2 each Samsung 65" LED Smart TV, built WiFi, Clear Motion Rate 240, Energy Star, 2 HDMI, 2 USB, Universal Remote. Installation and Removal Freight Coordination Fee All vendor forms must be completed for bid to be considered.
