Description

Continuous Maintenance Availability (CMAV) to include hull, machinery and electrical on USS SHAMAL (PC-13). Solicitation will be available on or about 11/14/2016. Offers are restricted to holders of an Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) or equivalent. Market research was conducted from 10/25/2016 - 10/28/2016. This solicitation is a cascading 100% small business set aside competition. Under cascading small business limitations, the Government reserves the right to consider only offers from small business concerns if it receives at least two responsive offers from responsible small business concerns and an award can be made at a fair market price. If the Government does not receive at least two responsive offers from two responsible small business offerors, the Government will withdraw the small business restriction in accordance with FAR 19.506 and shall consider all offers. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 7299A, the "Homeport Statute", this procurement will solicit offers from all offerors capable of performing the work in the Mayport homeport area. If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: Organization Name, CAGE code, address, email address, web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization.
