Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort McCoy has a requirement for to demolish facilities at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin. Work to be performed under this firm, fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) type contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238910 with a small business size standard of $15,000,000. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance will be a one year base plus two option years. Parties interested in the solicitation should access the web page (fbo.gov) for the future issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments. MICC Fort McCoy intends to issue this solicitation within 45 days of this presolicitation notice. The site visit time will be provided with the solicitation once it is issued.
