Description

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to: (1)Inform industry of the Federal Aviation Administration ™s (FAA) plan to survey the marketplace concerning a potential FTI-2 competitive source selection; (2)To obtain comments from industry regarding the level of interest and capabilities among qualified providers of the required FTI-2 services to engage in technology demonstrations to further the FAA ™s understanding of current and future technologies associated with telecommunications and networking. The FAA anticipates that this information will aid the FAA in developing specifications for that potential source selection.
