The seal is mounted to aft flange of the4 stages 4-9 spool by a tight fitting rabbet diameter, and is axially clamped by bolts and nuts securing the forward flange of the HPT rotor to the compressor. New unused commercial or Government Surplus Only qualified sources will be considered for award. First Articles may be required from newly approved sources.
