Answer: Yes, contractors are required to complete lease acquisition coursework or equivalents prior to performing the contract, including: Cost and Price Analysis of Lease Proposals Federal Real Property Lease Law Lease Acquisition Training Lease Administration Techniques of Negotiating Federal Real Property Leases. These courses are available commercially. -------- END Question Answer--------- Change #2: Add: All, small business vendors may submit training completion certificates for the coursework identified or equivalents to demonstrate capability to perform.
