- G-Community-Based Outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in Toledo, OH The Federal Bureau of Prisons, CTS Contracting Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services. The contractors will provide services within a 10 mile radius of City Hall located at One Government Center, Toledo, OH 43604. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one year base period to begin on January 1, 2017 with nine (9) one-year option renewal periods with services ending (if all options are renewed) on December 31, 2026. The services required for this contract include a Base Year and Option Years One through Nine. The following services are required and may be subcontracted to another licensed contractor. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. The estimated closing date is on or about November 30, 2016. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement will be unrestricted.
