Description

FA8125-17-Q-0009 Rotor Generators Solicitation SF18 The government solicits Two (2) Rotor Generators, P/N 1526M44P03, NSN 2925-01-309-3075, NO ALTERNATE PART NUMBERS ARE ALLOWED. Award will be made to the offeror proposing the combination most advantageous to the government based upon an integrated assessment of the evaluation factors described below. >Factor 1. Technical >Factor 2. Price The Evaluation Criteria on page 38 of the solicitation requires: Technical proposals will be evaluated as Acceptable or Unacceptable. To be Acceptable, offeror must provide a statement or cover letter certifying the following: 1) The components proposed are P/N 1526M44P03, NSN 2925-01-309-3075. 2) The proposed parts are serviceable, and if parts are used, reconditioned, or remanufactured, the Contractor MUST STATE that parts are used, reconditioned, or remanufactured. Price proposals will be evaluated for (1) completeness and (2) reasonableness. Completed responses, including completed provisions and clauses in the SF 18 form are due NO LATER THAN Close of Business on Tuesday 8 November 2016. Close of Business is 1500 Central Daylight Savings Time; however ealier submission is highly encouraged.
