Description

Statement of Work Off site preventative maintenance of Newport Medical HT50 and HT70 ventilators. The scope of work is to include all parts, labor and software to complete preventative maintenance on eleven (11) HT 50 ventilators and twelve (12) HT70 ventilators to include any required or mandatory software upgrades or updates. Vendor must be authorized service provider for Covidien/Newport. Projected period of performance: 12/1/2016 through 11/30/2017.
