Description

General Description: The scope of this project is to provide all design build services, labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, transportation, and all other resources necessary to replace two chillers servicing the operating rooms in the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, Building 1 in accordance with the requirements of the project. NCO 8 anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract to provide design build services. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 The solicitation will be issued on or about December 06, 2016. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web-site at www.fbo.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management SAM.GOV.
