Description
STATEMENT OF WORK The U.S. Department of Labor's, Office of Inspector General has a requirement to lease parking spaces for ELEVEN (11) sedans/station wagons and TWO (2) SUVS within an enclosed secure parking garage. The parking garage is to be located within a three block radius of 230 South Dearborn Street, Chicago Ill inois. The exact bounda ries are North -Madison Street ; South - Harrison St reet; East -Michigan Avenue ; and Wes t -Franklin Street. The parking spaces must be within an indoor garage with access/egress control (attendant during operating hours). Twenty-four (24) hour access may be by any means (attendant, key card, key, etc., at no additional cost to the government). The garage must be availab le for the Office of Inspecto r General staff's use SEVEN (7) days per week, TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours per day, 365 days per year. Self-parking capability is required. Standard commercial garage is acceptable. The garage must be suitable for vehicular parking with appropriate exhaust and ventilation. The garage must be clean, free of trash, garbage, mice, snakes and other unsafe rodents. The spaces must also be free of accumulated water on the garage floor. Garage must be well lit for secur ity reasons. Parking spaces should be of standard size and sufficient for all government vehicles. Services are to be provided to the U.S. Department of Labor's, Office of Inspector General's, Office of Labor Racketeering and Fraud Investigations office located at 230 South Dearborn St reet, Room 744, Chicago, IL 60604, for the Period of Perofrmance: October 1, 2016 To September 30, 2017. All parties interested in submitting a quote must forward their request in writing to miller-sheelor.paula@oig.dol.gov. The request shall include a capability statement. Each interested party must have a current registration i n the System for Award Management (SAM) (located at www.sam.gov). A copy of this Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued approximately 5 business days after the closing date of th is requirement to interested parties only.
