Page 1 of 1 REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that are capable of providing inspection, testing, maintenance and/or calibration, single-line drawings (Auto-CAD) of facility electrical power distribution system, and a consolidated report for the Electrical Power Distribution System and all its components for the Sheridan Health Care System (SHCS). The Medical Center anticipates the majority of the test and calibration procedures to be performed nights and weekends. Times for all electrical outages will be scheduled by the Point of Contact (POC) and/or FACILITIES MANAGEMENT General Foreman. Shutdown of mechanical systems, fire alarm system, steam generation, chilled water system and other equipment shall be coordinated by the vendor with the POC. Additional coordination resulting in assistance from VA Maintenance & Operations staff, if needed, shall be through the POC. The anticipated NAICS code is: 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $7.5 million. This is a request for information and sources only, which may or may not lead to a future solicitation! This is not a request for proposal (RFP). The VA will not pay for any information received resulting from this sources sought notice. Requests for copies of a solicitation shall not be honored or acknowledged. Information should be forwarded to the Contracting Officer. Any questions should be addressed to the Contracting Officer, in writing, at the email address provided. Because this is a request for information only, answers to questions will not be posted.
