- The Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR) located in Loveland, CO requires new replacement Yale (brand name) cores and keys, to be supplied and installed for three buildings: the Power Marketing Operations Center (PMOC), Communication & Meter Relay Laboratory (CMRL), and the Maintenance Building. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be utilized for this requirement. This solicitation (Request for Quotes) is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 332510; Size Standard is 750 employees. ***There will be a site visit for this requirement. Please refer to Provision DOE-L-2019 SITE VISIT, for specific information. Contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to receive an award from the Federal Government. A DUNS number is required for SAM registration. Quotes should be submitted on the SF1449 attached to this solicitation and offerors should include the DUNS number on the form. Applicable terms and conditions are attached hereto and incorporated herein.
