Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. "Conduit Bundle Assemblies Scope of Work Summary: The conduit bundle assembly project will consist of assembling 4 each of 4"IMC (Intermediate Metallic Conduit), 3 each of 2"IMC and 2 each of 1-1/2" IMC conduits. The bundle assembly is composed of standard 10-FT straight sections of conduits to makeup an overall total length of 27 FT, including a 90-degree galvanized rigid steel conduit elbow at one end of each 27ft conduit sub-assembly. The conduits sub-assemblies are held and welded together with a pre-fabricated steel plates to form a solidly assembled unit. The conduit bundle assembly unit is attached and supported to a pre-fabricated steel bracket at the 90-degree elbow end to be used for rigging and mounting. SLAC will design and provide the conduit assembly drawings and the specifications. The total number of conduit bundle assembly units are 105. The Subcontractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials (conduits, elbows and fittings, structural steel parts) tools, equipment and incidentals required for the fabrication, assembly, testing and shipment of the complete conduit bundle assembly.
