- 99207/07482 NSNs This is a notification that a modification will be issued to add 3,112 sole source NSNs to the General Electric Contract, SPE4AX12D9422, as a Price Pending CLIN. The modification may contain NSNs from the Defense Supply Center Richmond, Defense Supply Center Columbus, and Defense Supply Center Philadelphia. A letter solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. If any non-OEM source is interested in any of the NSNs, please notify the Contracting Officer prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers and small business dealers and distributors having existing stocks of surplus or newly manufactured material are invited to respond to this synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material, or adequate traceability documentation to show product is acceptable. In addition, respondents should identify quantity available and price. DLA will consider all such responses and may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the government. The list of sole source NSNs being considered for addition to the General Electric Contract SPE4AX12D9422 are attached.
