Description

Combined Synopsis Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is VA786-17-N-0025-1 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-66. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 315990 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB), and only qualified bids from SDVOSB concerns will be considered for possible contract award. Interested parties can submit their quote company letter head. The deadline for receipt of questions is November 07, 2016 by 4:00PM MST, and the deadline for receipt of bids is November 09, 2016 by 2:00 PM MST. In addition, bidders much have an active account and registered in www.vitbiz.gov. This project is subject to the availability of funds for next fiscal year.
