Description

The Department of Homeland Security-Office of Inspector General (DHS-OIG) intends to acquire (3) Regular/Reserved parking spaces for a period of one-year. The following specifications must be met: - Must have 24 hour, seven days a week access - Secured facility with in and out privileges and self-parking - Contractors/Attendants will not leave the vehicles unsecured and will not have or require access to vehicle keys - Must be an enclosed (covered) facility - Parking spaces must be located at, or within a 2-block radius of 10 Causeway St., Boston, MA 02222. This order will require a Base Year plus (4) Option Years (if available). Base Year (12/01/2016-09/30/2017) Option Year 1 (10/01/2017-09/30/2018) Option Year 2 (10/01/2018-09/30/2019) Option Year 3 (10/01/2019-09/30/2020) Option Year 4 (10/01/2020-09/30/2021) All questions must be submitted via e-mail by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 to Tamika.Richardson@oig.dhs.gov. The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Inspector General invites your company to submit a fixed-price proposal for this requirement. Please respond to this request via e-mail to Tamika.Richardson@oig.dhs.gov by no later than 6:00 p.m. (Eastern), Wednesday, November 9, 2016.
