Description

The Bath VA Medical Center located at 76 Veterans Avenue, Bath New York has a requirement for Service maintenance agreement for the following Getinge Sterilizers and Washers: Line Item Description Model Serial # 1 Sterilization, 21 Sm 533HC 07L08129 2 Clean/Disnf, Sonic S 2460UC KSD08458 3 Clean/Disnf, Vaxjo 46-4 W50012252 4 Boiler CAS-30C GC-32893-s10 5 RO System HS1100 13-10130 The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance services (4 times a year) and telephone and on-site emergency support for the sterilizers and washers listed above. Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools and equipment as applicable to perform: full service maintenance and repairs on identified equipment and associated software, unless otherwise specified, during normal working hours. Normal working hours are 8:00 AM EST 5:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday; except for Federal holidays. All work shall be performed by OEM certified personnel, experienced and qualified to work on the specific equipment listed on the schedule. Contractor shall provide documentation as required by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) that all personnel authorized to maintain the equipment specified by the contract are certified and able to perform all duties listed under the terms of this contract. The contractor shall only use new original equipment manufacturer parts during the preventative maintenance services. The NAICS Code is 811219. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $100,000 and $250,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Bath VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
