- Amendment 0003 Effective 4 Nov 2016. The purpose of this amendment is for the ff: 01 Attach updated drawings for Line 7 829E013 and Line 9 829E011 to correct drawing numbers. 02 All of the cables should be 40 feet (480 inches). All of the original drawings stated a length of 40, but the drawings stated all dimensions were in inches. 03 Extend close out date to 9 Nov 2016 10am Pacific. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------- Amendment 0002 Effective 3 Nov 2016.
