Description

The Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center (RLRVAMC) is soliciting offers for hazardous, non-hazardous and universal waste transportation, treatment and disposal services at the main facility located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis IN, 46202. Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, labor, materials, tools, equipment, analysis, travel, transportation, documentation, waste treatment, disposal and support services required to categorize, package, transport, document and dispose of hazardous and universal wastes from the RLRVAMC on a quarterly basis. Solicitation will be released on or before November 14, 2016.   The government is not responsible to make available paper copies.   Questions must be submitted in writing to the contract specialist at toni.walker@va.gov. No individual notification of amendments will be provided.   Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document.   This is  a full and open competition conducted under FAR 12 & 13. The NAICS code for this requirement is 562211.   The size standard is $38.5 million.
