- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The Technical Applications Contracting Office, Ft. Eustis, VA is seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. The proposed award will be a firm fixed price purchase order for seven (7) BRAUL-M mounts, PN 100886886, used with weapons systems on US Special Operations Aircraft. In addition, seven (7) mounts, PN 100886921, are required to be converted into the BRAUL-M mount. The NAICS code for this procurement is 336413. Any information submitted is voluntary. Request interested firms submit (1) the NAME, ADDRESS, and PHONE NUMBER of the firm (including CAGE code); (2) the respondents name and contract information, to include phone number and email address; (3) a summary of their product as per the attached draft Statement of Objective, and (4) their BUSINESS SIZE STATUS to Andrew.L.Davis2.civ@mail.mil. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources. It is anticipated that a solicitation will be issued OOA Dec 2016 and will be posted on FedBizOpps. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. Responses to the RFI will not be returned. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.
