The slit width and height of the die shall be 65mm and 0.4mm, respectively. The die must be heated independently with an operator controllable temperature setting, and a maximum operating temperature of 400C. The cast film take-off unit must utilize an air knife and air pins to minimize necking. The line must have three calenders with polished nickel metal rolls. The take-off line must have the following features: 1) Speed controlled take up calender cast roll and a smaller guide roll. 2) Speed controlled transport calender roll, with 1 transport roll and a pinch roll on top.
