- System Capability Statements Industry Day Sign-up Sheet. RFI File with complete details. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the General Services Administration (GSA) is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to this RFI. Respondents are advised that the GSA will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in responding to this RFI; all costs associated in responding to this RFI will be borne solely by the interested parties. All submissions become GSA’s property and will not be returned. Do not provide proprietary information. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if issued. GSA intends to leverage staff and contractor support to review the submitted responses. Contractor staff will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement for this effort and will not be eligible to compete for any potential follow-on acquisition. In addition: The Transportation Audits Division will be holding an industry day on November 10th, at 8:30 am, at the GSA Headquarters: 1800 F ST NW, MAIN FLOOR AUDITORIUM WASHINGTON, DC 20405 The goal of the meeting is to bring the Division's Program and suppliers together to share its goals and objectives, envisioned IT transformation, and expectations on the procurement. This meeting will give an opportunity for the suppliers to learn more about the scope of the procurement and ask questions about transformation. This meeting will enable the program office to make procurement decisions based on supplier engagement in order to maximize the value of the program in alignment with the Transportation Audits' strategic business transformation. Topics on the agenda are current business model, internal and external stakeholder requirements, internal work flow processes, systems functionality/IT capabilities, and future initiatives for a potential procurement. Participants are encouraged to show up 30 minutes early, to process through security procedures.
