- Amended Prospectus This Sources Sought Notice is being issued to solicit applications for a concession restaurant and boat rental service special use permit. A permit or permits to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities located on the Medford-Park Falls Ranger District of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, will be issued for the Mondeaux Dam Lodge Restaurant & Boat Rental Service. The Lodge is a 2,000 square foot historic Civilian Conservation Corps era single story structure. The purpose of this amendment is to provide additional information and to extend the response due date to December 23, 2016.
