- Delineated Area Map State: California City: Riverside Delineated Area: Offered space must be within the following delineated area: North: University Avenue from Brockton Avenue to Victoria Avenue; East: Victoria Avenue from University Avenue to La Sierra Avenue; South: La Sierra Avenue from Collett Avenue westerly to Pierce Street continuing along Pierce Street/Riverwalk Parkway from La Sierra Avenue to Indiana Avenue, northerly along Indiana Avenue to La Sierra Avenue and easterly along La Sierra Avenue to Victoria Avenue; West: Northerly along Collette Avenue from La Sierra Avenue, becoming California Avenue to Arlington Avenue, easterly along Arlington Avenue to Magnolia Avenue, northerly to Brockton Avenue and northerly to University Avenue. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 21,432 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall be outside the 100 year flood plain.
