- REFERANCE CLAUSES Description: Department of Homeland Security United States Coast Guard (USCG) USCG Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Request for Quotations number is 2117857P45349 and is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Request for Quotations incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-70 dated September 30, The NAICS Code is 335311. The small business size standard is $30.0 Million. This is a total small business; all responsible sources may submit proposals that will be considered by the agency. The contract will be awarded on a firm-fixed-price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The United States Coast Guard Surface Force Logistics Center has a requirement for the following, (1) EACH Heavy Duty Power Distribution Substation converts 480 VAC three phase electrical current to single phase 120/208Y AC and includes a 60amp 3 phase main fused disconnect/on-off switch, 8- 30amp, 120 Volt, L5-30R weather proof rated receptacles protected by 8 X 30amp, 125 Volt 1 pole breakers. The 45kva transformer provides for up to 125 amps of continuous draw. Load Center: 120/208Y, Single phase, 60hz Secondary, 125 amp Main Breaker, NEMA 4/12 Enclosure Dimensions: W-36" X L-30" X H-50" Wiring: 20' Line Power Cord Pre-wired to the Disconnect Switch Ground: Mechanical Ground Ratings: UL 1640, NEMA 4/12 Weight: 350lbs INCLUDES FREIGHT TO 98134 ALL INTERESTED PARTIES WILL SEND QUOTE BEFORE CLOSE OF POSTING:: NOVENBER, 15, 2016
