Description

LIMITING SOURCE DOCUMENT DRAFT RFQ (Subject to the Availability of Funds) This requirement is to provide lodging to 23 PAX from the 377th MI during their post-mobilization efforts at Fort Sam Houston (FSH), 1 December 2016 to 15 September 2017. The group will be divided into 2 subcategories; 18 will stay at Fort Sam Houston for the entire duration (1 December 2016 to 15 September 2017) while 5 Service Members will occupy rooms from 1 December 2016 through 1 March 2017. - This is a lodging requirement in support of 377th MI. - Lodging will accommodate 23 Soldiers. - The Lodging must be within a reasonable radius from where the Soldiers will be working and be within a reasonable walking distance to the Dining Facility(DFAC). - The requirement will be from 1 December 2016 to 15 September 2017. - The vendor must provide transportation on-post to and from Soldiers assigned duty location during normal operating hours, a room for each Soldier with all incidental services normally provided (ie. Linen service) - Due to the constraints of the Soldiers' Temporary Change of Station (TCS) orders, the vendor shall provide shuttle service and be within a reasonable walking distance to/from their work area and dining facility.
