Description

The Government is issuing this amendment to inform offerors and all other interested parties the solicitation will be suspended until further notice. The Government is revising the solicitation to implement changes to the requirement and the solicitation s terms and conditions. Due to the new changes, all interested parties to include previous offerors must submit a new proposal to be considered. When all changes have been approved, an amendment will be issued to reinstate the solicitation allowing all interested parties to submit a proposal before the new established due date.
