- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Office of Administration and Resources Management (OARM); Information Resources Management Division (IRMD), Cincinnati, Ohio has a requirement for televisions and projectors. This requirement includes: TELEVISIONS: Each TV must have the following minimum specifications: TV Tuner: Digital Smart Capable: Yes Display Type LED or LCD 720p Refresh Rate: 60Hz Number of HDMI Inputs: 2 Number of USB Port(s): 1 Number of VGA port(s): 1 Audio Output 1 External Speakers *Quantity of Nine (9) 65 inch Televisions *Quantity of Five (5) 80 inch Televisions *Quantity of Five (5) 24-28 inch Televisions PROJECTORS Each Projector must have the following minimum specifications: Brightness: 6,500 Lumens Color Light Output: 6,700 Lumens Native Resolution: 1280x800 Aspect Ratio: 16:10 (WXGA) Video Modes:720p, 1080i, 1080p, 576i, 576p, 480p, 480i Data Modes: MAX 1920x1200 Inputs:HDMI, DVI-I, DVI-D, VGA, USB, Display port, component Outputs: audio, Keystone Correction Zoom lens Projection Method: Front, rear, ceiling mount, tabletop *Quantity of Nine (9) Projectors This is a small business set-aside for this firm-fixed-price purchase order. It will be accomplished using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures. The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) for this requirement is 334310, Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing, with a small business size standard of 750 Employees. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotations, which will be considered by the Agency. All offerors must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of Government contracts. Please see www.sam.gov for additional SAM registration information. It is anticipated that the request for quotation, will be posted on FedBizOpps and FedConnect on or about November 9, 2016. No hard copies will be provided.
