- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Western Acquisitions, intends to solicit a negotiated Request for Offers (RFO) with the intent to award a fixed-price incentive construction contract for the MAJOR MECHANICAL SUSTAINMENT(MMS) PROJECT AT THE SALT LAKE CITY ARTCC, UTAH. -Estimated value: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. -Optional site visit: November 16, 2016 (see below). -Offers due: December 8, 2016. -NAICS Code: 236220 A tiered evaluation of offers will be used in source selection for this contract. Offers from other-than-small business concerns will only be considered after the determination that an insufficient number of offers from responsible small business concerns were received (see Part IV, Section M for details). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 236220. Please note this code on your Business Declaration Form. DETAILS FOR ATTENDING THE OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: There is ONE coordinated OPTIONAL site visit on NOVEMBER 16, 2016 at 10:00AM LOCAL TIME. a. The meeting point address for the site visit: FAA Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC) 2150 West 700 North Salt Lake City, UT 84116 b. Due to security reasons, to attend the site visit advance notice is required no later than NOVEMBER 15, 2016 at 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME to the FAA POC identified below. Email correspondence is preferred. You are required to provide your company name and representative(s) full name and contact phone number(s). There will be no substitutions or add-ons after the cutoff date.
